Are your products natural?

Our products are prepared in small batches with cold-pressed herbal seed and leaf oils, using formulas developed through 41 years of hand and foot care experience. The ingredients of each product are listed on its product page.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay by credit / debit card (3D Secure) or by bank transfer / EFT. When paying by card, you choose the payment system; instalment options are shown according to your card.

Do prices include VAT?

No, 20% VAT is not included in the prices on the website. VAT is shown separately in the basket and at the payment step.

What campaigns do you offer?

You get 10% off when you buy 2 of the same product and 20% off when you buy 3; delivery is free on orders of 5.000 TL and over.

When will my order arrive?

Once payment is confirmed, orders are usually dispatched with DHL eCommerce within 1–3 working days and are delivered to every province of Türkiye. The tracking number is sent to your e-mail; you can also check it on the Order Tracking page.

How do I send my bank transfer receipt?

After making your bank transfer / EFT, you can send your receipt via WhatsApp (0 532 156 15 73); the “Send receipt via WhatsApp” button on your order page prepares the message with your order number.

Can I return a product?

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned. Details are on the Returns and Exchanges page.

Can I get a corporate invoice?

Yes. Simply select "Corporate" when signing up or at the payment step and enter your company name, tax office and tax number.

Can I order from abroad?

This website is exclusively for sales within Türkiye; orders for addresses abroad cannot be placed on the site. Our customers abroad can buy our products only from our Amazon UK store.
