Membership Agreement

Article 1 – Parties

This agreement is concluded between Ülker Sofuoğlu (the "Site"), which operates the ulkersofuoglu.com website, and the person who becomes a member of the site (the "Member"), upon electronic confirmation of the membership registration.

Article 2 – Subject

The subject of the agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the Member's use of the services and facilities on the site.

Article 3 – Membership registration

Membership begins when the sign-up form on the site is completed with accurate and complete information. Individual or corporate membership may be selected; for corporate membership, the company name and tax details are required. Persons under the age of 18 may become members with the consent of their legal representatives.

Article 4 – Obligations of the Member

• To keep their login details confidential and not share them with third parties,
• To use the site in accordance with the law and the site rules; not to share harmful content and not to infringe copyrights,
• To use the site content for personal purposes only.

Article 5 – Obligations of the Site

The Site takes the necessary measures to provide the service securely and without interruption and to keep personal data confidential. It is not responsible for interruptions arising from technical faults or force majeure. It may amend the terms of the agreement, provided that the changes are announced on the site.

Article 6 – Termination of membership

The Member may end their membership at any time. In the event of a breach of the agreement, the Site may suspend or terminate the membership.

Article 7 – Protection of personal data

The Member's personal data are processed under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for the purposes of service, orders and customer relations. Details are in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

Article 8 – Intellectual property

All content, software, images and trademarks on the site belong to the Site; they may not be used or copied without permission.

Article 9 – Disputes

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Sarıyer) have jurisdiction over disputes; for consumer transactions, the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved.

Article 10 – Entry into force

The agreement enters into force when the Member confirms the registration electronically.
