Payment Options

• Credit card / debit card: Secure payment protected by 3D Secure with all Visa, Mastercard and Troy cards. At the payment step, you can choose any of the licensed payment institution systems (iyzico, etc.); instalment options available for your card are shown on the payment screen. Your card details are not stored on our website; they are sent directly to the payment institution.
• Bank transfer / EFT: Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş. — Ülker Sofuoğlu — TR06 0001 2009 1470 0009 2156 22. Simply write your order number in the payment reference; details are on the Our Bank Accounts page.

20% VAT is not included in the prices on our website; VAT is shown separately in the basket and at the payment step and is added to the total. For corporate purchases, an invoice is issued with your company name and tax details.

If you have an order whose payment has not been completed, you will be reminded at the top of the site when you sign in to your account; you can complete the payment by card or bank transfer if you wish.

Campaigns

• Multi-buy discount: 10% off when you buy 2 of the same product, 20% off when you buy 3. The discount is applied automatically when you increase the quantity in your basket.
• Free delivery: Delivery is free on orders of 5.000 TL and over.

Delivery

• We ship your orders to every province of Türkiye with DHL eCommerce.
• Once your payment is confirmed, orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days; only products in stock are offered for sale.
• For orders under 5.000 TL, the delivery charge is shown at the payment step.
• The tracking number of a dispatched order is sent by e-mail; you can also check it on the Order Tracking page.
• Check the parcel on delivery; if any product is damaged or missing, have the courier record it in a report and let us know within 2 working days.
• This website is exclusively for delivery within Türkiye; we do not ship to addresses abroad. Customers who wish to order from abroad can buy our products only from our Amazon UK store.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal
