Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

How do I return a product?

1. Send your withdrawal request, together with your order number, to satis@ulkersofuoglu.com or call 0 532 156 15 73.
2. Send the product back, with its invoice and original packaging, within 10 days of your withdrawal notice.
3. Once the product reaches us and has been checked, your payment is refunded to the payment method you used within 14 days at the latest.

Products that cannot be returned

• Cosmetic and personal care products whose packaging, tape, seal or protective film has been opened and which are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (Regulation on Distance Contracts, Art. 15).
• Products that have been used, damaged or can no longer be resold.

Damaged / faulty products

If you notify us within 2 working days of delivery of products that were damaged in transit, missing or sent in error, the exchange or return is carried out free of charge.
