Distance Sales Contract

Article 1 – Parties

BUYER: The person who places an order via ulkersofuoglu.com and whose name, address and contact details are obtained during the order. By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.

Article 2 – Subject

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the products whose characteristics and sale prices are stated on the website and which the Buyer orders electronically from the Seller's website.

Article 3 – Product and terms of sale

The type and quantity of the product, the sale price (total amount including VAT), the method of payment, the delivery address and the delivery charge are set out in the order summary and the pre-information form. Sales are made only to delivery addresses in Türkiye; no shipments are sent to addresses abroad. Once payment is confirmed, orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days with DHL eCommerce to the Buyer's address anywhere in Türkiye. Delivery is free on orders of 5.000 TL and over; for orders below this amount, the delivery charge is borne by the Buyer. For multiple purchases of the same product, the multi-buy discounts announced on the website (2 items 10%, 3 items 20%) apply.

Article 4 – Payment terms

Payment is made by credit / debit card (3D Secure), bank transfer / EFT or other payment methods offered on the website. 20% VAT is not included in the prices on the website; VAT is added to the total at the payment step. The order becomes final once payment is confirmed.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal notice is given in writing or by e-mail to the Seller's contact details. The product is returned, with its invoice and original packaging and in a resaleable condition, within 10 days of the withdrawal notice. The Seller refunds the price to the Buyer's payment method within 14 days at the latest of the return reaching the Seller.

Pursuant to Art. 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for cosmetic and personal care products whose packaging, tape, seal or protective element has been opened and which are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons.

Article 6 – Delivery and return terms

The product is delivered to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the order. The Buyer should check the parcel on delivery and notify the Seller of any damaged or missing product within 2 working days. If the product cannot be delivered because it is out of stock or due to force majeure, the Buyer is informed and the amount paid is refunded within 14 days at the latest.

Article 7 – Confidentiality and personal data

The Buyer's personal data are processed under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for the purposes of fulfilling the order, delivery and customer relations. Details are set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

Article 8 – Dispute resolution

For disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of the Buyer's place of residence or of the place where the transaction was made have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade. Article 9 – Entry into force

By confirming the order electronically, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all the terms of this contract; the contract enters into force upon confirmation of the order.
