2. Product and price

The main characteristics, quantities, unit and total prices (including VAT) of the products in your order, the delivery charge and the total amount payable are shown in the order summary on the payment page. 20% VAT is not included in the prices on the website; VAT is added at the payment step.

3. Payment and delivery

Payment is made by credit / debit card (3D Secure) or by bank transfer / EFT. Sales are made only to delivery addresses in Türkiye. Once payment is confirmed, your order is usually delivered within 1–3 working days with DHL eCommerce to the address you provided anywhere in Türkiye. Delivery is free on orders of 5.000 TL and over; buying 2 of the same product gives 10% off, and buying 3 gives 20% off.

4. Right of withdrawal

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product. There is no right of withdrawal for cosmetic products whose packaging has been opened and which are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (Regulation on Distance Contracts, Art. 15).
