When making your payment
- Always write your order number in the description field (e.g. SP2610188F447).
- Transfer the grand total of your order; our account is a Turkish lira (TL) account.
- After paying, upload your receipt on your order page (My Account → My Orders) or send it via WhatsApp (+90 532 156 15 73). You can also use the Payment Notification form.
- Once the payment reaches our account, your order is confirmed, prepared and shipped with DHL eCommerce; we will let you know by e-mail.
